I must say; Though Wine Bar George has a wonderful atmosphere, we found it to be very overpriced for small portions of a limited menu. The food we did have was good, though. I probably would not go again for food. Maybe I would go for a drink.
I really want to try some other sit down restaurants

Tim and Jen we have started watching in 2019. We are coming to Disney last week of August. I more excited at the possibility of seeing you all than going to Disney. We feel like you are part of your family! Lol

We are (hopefully) traveling out next May and we love Disney Springs. Definitely want to try Gideon's but how do you get onto the virtual queue? Do you need a US mobile phone?

You can get a few Disney bits in zara in the UK, I don't remember zara being in Disney springs when I went there but I didn't manage to see all of Disney springs x
