Hmm, Tim & Jenn, although the food looked good Im with others here in saying that this isnt a great take on Fish n Chips here in the UK, especially as GR has put his name to the new restaurant.
First of all the chips arent hand cut & we serve the fish as a whole side of fish not cut into 3/4 chunks. No mushy peas, curry sauce & so forth, a real shame that he didnt go to town & put a full blown UK twist to the place & really make it stand out from the crowd!

As a British person I find this very disappointing, especially with it coming from a British chef! Where are the chunky chips, the curry sauce, the battered sausage and scraps? Oh and course the classic Dandelion and burdock drink! Ive never been into a traditional fish and chip shop and seen chicken or lobster on the menu! Im disappointed Ramsey!

Such a great review! Does anyone know if you can upgrade the plain fries that come with the meals to the loaded options rather than having to buy another portion separately?
