Tampa Travel Guide Busch Gardens, Zoo, Aquarium, Riverwalk, and Goats I was in the USAF for 20 yrs and was stationed in Tampa for 4 yrs its no different from Orlando or jax! I was born and raised in st augustine so Im pretty familiar with jax! the only difference between Tampa and jax is winter climate jax actually gets winter weather nothing like up north but pretty cold compared to Tampa and the pay scale is higher in jax for my profession! I like visiting the bay area I go to st Pete bch for the weekend once a month and I really enjoy it great town to visit but to crowded to live! I live just outside of st aug on 11 acres with a decent home mortgage free! no way I could afford that in the bay area

As a multigenerational Floridian and native Tampon, The recent development in the past 30 years makes me very sad. Tampa always had the reputation of being a gritty place people avoided. This moniker kept away many undesireables. Now the yuppies are everywhere and the streets are flowing with latte. The City of Tampa has been officially ruined. The video and production quality is top notch though! Great job!

I lived in Tampa for 22 years and moved 4 years ago. I lived on sunshine and couldn’t afford to go to all the tourist traps. It’s a great place to live if you can afford it and don’t mind the traffic. So much has changed since I left. We bought a 3 bedroom house outside of Lexington Kentucky for less than what we were paying to live in a Riverview trailer park.

I used to live literally right across the street from Busch Gardens and I remember when I first moved there I used to hear the Falcon's Fury running and the hydraulics reminded me of a dog in pain! Thankfully that wasn't the case.
I do miss Tampa though, It's still in some way a home to me, at least emotionally.

Thanks for the great video! Could you please send me link of the dog tacker in this video I am traveling to Florida in two weeks with my dog and I would feel more comfortable if my pug had a GPS tracker on her harness. Greetings from the Caribbean island of St Maarten!

You definitely summed up Tampa in a single video. Trying to make goats, turkey legs, and beer drinking seem like an adventure. You really showed the most boring things possible and they are the most exciting things about Tampa. Tampa is such a garbage place.

I'm from Serbia. Got an uncle living there for few decades already. His home was damaged by a hurricane once (badly. He had no problem buying a new home, I guess it was when the prices were low. He has a furniture company. Not sure what's the company name.

Dude. Forget what they're saying about you being the best creator of city videos. These productions of yours are some of the highest quality, relevant, concise, and pleasant videos I've seen of ANY kind.

Anything in the game plan behind that global phenomenon - Global Warming There may be that onset that due to the city's low elevation much of the city may become SOAKED, as the Gulf rises. ..

Like other towns around the USA Tampa had a box factory that made tubs for bullets and missals, Mcdill Air force base, hell's angels maverick missals and tomahawks, the Kapok tree inn ect.

Randy, are you working on a 2023 or 2024 version of Tampa I love your Tampa videos. We lived there for 2. 5 years and have moved up to Charlotte but are likely going to head back to FL.

Really excellent overview of a place I will visit next year. Restaurants and boat rides especially. Strawberry festival, for sure. I love your parking lot and garage tips.

I'm new to Tampa. Great info. Another great video. If you do South Carolina, I hope you do Charleston, which is regarded as a most Southern city. I will travel there some day.

I just wish Downtown Tampa gets a walkable shopping district. If you need to go shopping you ll need to drive to the international plaza or the premium outlets.

Are they making Tampa and the interior neighborhood like East Tampa more walkable Walkability and public transportation are my biggest concerns with Tampa.

Eww no one goes in the Tampa city limits. The place is a cesspool. Everyone moved to unincorporated Hillsborough County 30 plus years ago for a reason.

Another great video - thanks! Any chance you could visit Louisiana I use to live in both Baton Rouge and Natchitoches. You'd love those cities!
