You do what others (minus magnet fishers of course) don't care to do. help clean up the environment, but rather they do just the opposite by polluting waterways by dumping their stuff wherever they desire. Keep forging onward, my friend. You're doing a GREAT job!

Isn't it much easier if you ask some friends (or magnet-fishers) stand on a bridge or jetty so they can pull the bikes and other stuff up? These are nice finds, we as magnet fishers have to wait until it come to the surface so we can see what our bait will be.

We need more people like you that river is only one of many in that city and looks like a garbage disposal, here in the US many city rivers have the same fate unfortunately

We do the same but with magnets, it's so much fun to see what weird things people throw into rivers. I'd love to get diving equipment one day, very envious: )
