To anybody who is skinny fat or near it, i am currently under 140 pounds and 5ft10 and under 10% body fat and that's basically been my size for 16 years now give or take a few pounds. I'm right at the edge of what skinny fat is and what changed my chest was to overhead press. Idk how that applies to somebody who's 20% body fat or somebody who's much more muscular than i am etc. But if you're near my parameters i'd highly advise that you overhead press 45-75 pounds of weight at a high volume rate as a beginning process of getting yourself into working out or targeting chest.

This idea is a lot like prepping your gluts with RDL and kettlebell swings to get them properly engaged for squat. For pecs I started doing a standing kettlebell swing where I let the weight go as far back as it takes for me to feel a stretch in my pec. Then I swing it almost to my other pec where I can get a good contraction from the pec at the top.
I haven-t been doing this for more than a few weeks but I-ve already noticed a big difference in how engaged my pecs are compared to delts when I bench.

I think the video is a little bit misleading. These lifts will help you get a fuller chest, sure, but they won't eliminate manboobs that are caused by storing too much fat, and in fact may exacerbate the issue.
The only way to eliminate manboobs is to lose bodyfat. There are many ways to do this, but as we all know, bodyfat cannot be spot-trained.
Still, good lifting advice. I will try a few of these out next time I lift chest.

I always had fat on my chest and soggy boobs, did everything.
Nothing worked. I was starved in the military ran 8 to 15 miles a day.
Did 600 push ups and sit and dips a day.
Nothing helped.
Trained and hit weights for 12 years, became much stronger than average.
But nothing helped my fatty chest.
Surgery and sculpting places turn me down they won't take 8 grand cause they know it will not work.

i got a bit of gyno i one nipple, i think its from anti depressants i was forced to take as a teenager. its not that bad, if i flick it it goes away and you cant tell, could be alot worse. i try to work on upper chest and do diamonds and incline bench. go heavy on shoulders too. when im working out hard, you cant even tell but if i just wake up or get lazy for a couple days, it gets pointy and shows. fuking suks.

The thing I struggle with is gaining muscle and losing fat. I want to gain additional muscle but my problem area is the lower and outer pec.
I've struggled with maintaining good levels of Testosterone, hence why I am on a TRT program.

I've been waiting for a video like this for a long time. It's always -just loose weight- not how to fill in the area. I am getting loose skin on the lower chest from loosing almost 80lbs and I need to fill the area. That's That's I am also trying to pull ski back with big lats.

Haven't tried this yet. As an OTR truck driver, I afix a 50 lb-100 lb resistance band to my sideview mirrors for back rows, triceps pull downs, & lat pull downs. I will do this exercise that way tomorrow, & see how well I can execute this technique.

I screwed up in 2008 when I was 38. I took anadrol 50 and was given bogus AI and got GYNO. Now I need surgery. Im looking for any exercise that can help before I can afford the surgery. Thanks for your help. I made a dumb mistake

Dude, I wish you'd get honest about your workouts. You have had to do progressive overload in the past, then you can maintain those muscles with high volume and lighter weights. Never seen anyone this big just pushing light weight?
