Don't forget fat and weak.
Hi I'm -- and was 250Lbs last February to near 300Lbs now at 6'1- and been suffering from lack of sleep working third shift at my local grocery store and to much coffee. What's an ideal weight of bicep curls etc to get back in the swing of lifting to burn fat to get back to 250Lbs then 220Lbs then 188Lbs? Also help my 5'11- 211Lbs girlfriend down to 170Lbs.

The sure fire only way to continue to prevent not growing is not to get injured. Just be careful lifting heavy weights. Train don't strain.
