Dude my concern is the total opposite. I know this is an old video, unfortunately I don't have enough time to watch all of your videos, I hope you get to read me. I googled -steroids vs natural- and found this website talking about how people get fooled by magazines and other stuff saying they'll get ripped with just a diet and a good routine, when the truth is that great results are only achieved by taking steroids. I'm skinny as shit (5'11'' and 130lbs) and 25 years old, I've been working out now for about 3 months and a few days. I was feeling great because all of my friends have noticed my changes. however what I read on this website was a complete demotivation. Actually I don't care if some dudes use steroids but I will NEVER do it. So what are the real results that I can expect. will I ever look like you without even taking creatine? (I heard it's bad for your kidneys)

LOL I get that a lot. If you have not already seen in some of my pics/videos, I have a big tattoo on my upper right arm that I am not exactly happy with (I guess you could say) so I try not to show it too much. If you notice, I typically turn my left arm to the camera while I'm talking and even go as far as to film from that side on training videos as well.

Good explanation. Saying you want to go to the gym but worry you might look like Ronnie Coleman is probably just an excuse lazy people use not to go to the gym.
