It’s all too common to see people performing half reps in the gym. However, the issue of range of motion in training isn't as straightforward as it may seem. There's bro science, .which ends up being more right than wrong and decades in practice ahead of the validating research. and then, just like the trending downward, of society as a whole. we know have convict science, who would've thought, lol.
They love their shorties, aka high volume partials, and do back it up physically, via their physiques. Who would've thought the science nerds would be playing applied muscle physiology catch up with hardened criminals

thought it was common knowledge to do as many full range of motion sets as you could than bust out some dirty partials last but it's good to have some hard data on it.
