Good to see it going well so far, good luck on the road ahead. Will be another story to tell before you know it. It gives you the opportunity to branch out on the content now with a widely varied viewer base too. Can do a series the next 6 months called MattdoesNOTdofitness lol and be some vlogs going other place or experiences etc that isn t necessarily work out related. Mix one in between every few of the usual content videos. The business side of your ventures and things involved over there would be some interesting content for example. All of the doctors visits and rehab science content could still be part of the series as well

I know this will sound crazy, but you got the better end of the deal. I have been carrying an achilles tendinopathy for over 2 years, no matter how many exercises, treatments, it does not go back to normal. You have taken a big step back, but it will definitely put you back on track faster than without surgery.
Looking forward to your recovery and hopefully I can use some of it.

I know this will sound crazy, but you got the better end of the deal. Good to see you have come out all okay. Obviously this was not done on the NHS and was all private medical glad you had the ability to be able to do this. Maybe you could let us all know how much all this cost to do so the Americans among us will have an idea of what this kind of medical treatment would cost?

Are you vaccinated as any tweek I've had since has turned into a major deal. I've never been injured before and I've had elbow, back and leg injuries, and was playing football with my son never felt anything go, but a few days later felt like I had golf ball size lumps in my calf and hamstring.

I ruptured my Achilles over 10yrs ago it was crazy not being able to do regular every day things while recovering from surgery but got through it and since I ve had no issues and in fact about a year after it was like it never happened. This video brings back memories

Hey Matt! I ended up rupturing my Achilles on the same day as you and am going into the exact same surgery in about 12 hours. Wishing you a speedy recovery and hoping that this road is easy for us both.

Tendon ruptures are usually painless because there are no nerves in or attached to tendons. You handled it like a straight, G. If anyone can bounce back in record time, it's you, my dude.
