Hi Jeremy thanks for the informative video. I will say that I have been doing IF before it was called late but more out of habit. But this year I have dropped 40 lbs so far with IF and eating only every 4-6 hours. I don't think about food all the time and It has cured me of feeling like I am hungry when I am clearly not and it is just was a conditioned response. The main point I disagree with is over caloric density, I have been eating very nutritionally dense food(of course in controlled amounts) and have been dropping weight -but my micronutrient intake is through the roof, I eat daily, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, along with legumes, eggs, avocadoes, oatmeal, veggies, fruits etc. and my blood sugar has stabilized, i can eat small portions getting more nutrients and my micronutrient intake is off the charts, and for the first time my blood sugar has stabilized. I even eat 4 servings of fruit a day. And delicious real, whole grain and sourdough bread. In short, i get a lot nutrients and have TRAINED myself not to default to thinking i am hungry all the time. If i eat at 10 am i make a mental note to eat again around 3 pm, and then a small dinner around 7 pm. That's it. I don't even think about eating before exercise. For example, yesterday I did a 4. 5 mile walk, 12. 5 mile bike ride, and then 45 minute light resistance band workout in the morning and all this was before I had any food since 7 pm the night before except water. In short, I am a fatty who is dropping weight, eating healthy dense foods, and not thinking about food all the time.

I found that this way works the best. Standard diet > keto > carnivore > ketovore. The gradual reduction of carbs is gonna help your body get used to it. Then when you start stalling, reduce the carbs even more (which is carnivore. Even though he debunks fad diets, these are actually real proper healthy diets that doesnt have any processed foods and Low carb for a reason. The intake of glucose really makes your body crave even more glucose, so these diets help to keep your appetite and cravings in check. For me, if I eat any significant amount of carbs in a given day whether its whole food or processed, my floodgates for carb cravings open and I start to subconsciously gradually increase my amount of carbs aka amount of food for the subsequent days after. So the best way is still keto or carnivore where you have a carb limit to adhere to.

Dr. Sten Ekberg does YT vids; Keto (& low-carb & fasting) isn't only about calorie-deficiet diet, but addressing insulin resistance which is worth considering when it comes to long term success (making the lifestyle change & not regaining the weight) as well as for other long term health benefits. Albeit I have not noticed any work of his addressing bodybuilding & muscle gains. I have noticed benefits beyond just fat loss/control with low-carb, keto & fasting; as long as I keep on the training, & get plenty of protien, I keep gaining while either losing fat or at least not gaining it.

I limit my protein shake to one a day, but I don't drink mine anymore either. What I have been doing lately is adding less water to the shake and make more of a pudding out of it, and then I add wheat bran (or Fibre 1 cereal) which then adds fibre to the meal that is otherwise missing. With some added collagen, my protein intake for my pudding is about 290 calories, which consists of 40 g protein, 30 g of carbs and of course zero fat and zero sugar. I make this my dessert after my main meal, and I find it to be more than satiating.

I am currently in the process of attempting body recomp and lower body fat weight - this guide is amazing. I have just been being very conscious when I eat, but sometimes I end up not in a calorie deficit which completely defeats the purpose of what I'm trying to do. The research and data put in your videos give it so much more credibility. I will incorporate these tips into my diet - I never really thought of fiber as being important, now I do!
If anyone has any other tips for fat loss, I'd greatly appreciate it!

I understand your point here, especially about the so called fad diets, but I think what most people forget is, they are actually very easy to follow once you get going, a lot of us don't have the time to sit around working out all the various nutrients/cals etc, with IF actually having an eating window makes life so much easier, whilst eating bigger amounts of food i. e 5 walnuts to a tub of strawberries = too expensive, as does eating 30 baby carrots to a quarter of avo = boring.

When it comes to eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your every day nutritional intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to check out Okibetonic Secrets on google as it isn't just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

I was taking fat loss pills and almost seriously harmed my health. Now I realise that diet is not pills and teas, but structured plan full of nutritionally rich foods. Visit Agoge Diet and get a real diet, stop taking fucing pills.
