I really like how he mentioned the subtle detail slight elbow travel is fine ( 4 min in. For the most part, only allowing the forearm to move, such that your elbow is the pivot point, is wonderful. It is a great habit to keep your elbows locked/glued to your sides as you execute a bicep or triceps exercise (especially if you're learning the form as a beginner); however, I did realize that if I slightly allowed my elbow to move, I felt a greater stretch and contraction. And I also noticed experienced lifters doing this. I believe this is fine, as long as it's subtle, no momentum, and your form is strict in every other sense. My form was becoming so robotic lol. I feel better now.

Need some help here. 2 weeks ago I was rear ended and dislocated my cervical vertebrae. Ive been out of the gym for 2 weeks and Im in a neck brace. Doctor just informed me today that Ill be in the brace and unable to workout for at least another month. I was going to begin my bulk and up my calories right around this time but now Im not too sure what to do. Have any ideas on how I can prevent as much muscle loss as possible? Any ideas would be great

Great video, couple of points: 1) the wrist, shouldnt change its angle through the movmement. Its a common mistake especially as people think they need to squeeze more at the bed of the movement which they end up doing by turning their writer down/up. 2) there is a benefit to incorporate some lat stretch in the starting position. but unlike some experts say Id say hold that position I. e keep the lats stretched throughout the exercise

Hes using the right weight for the tricep kickbacks too. You need to go extremely light with those. I see too many guys pick up the type of dumbell that they'd curl with and then try to do kickbacks with it and turn it into a full body movement haha it looks ridiculous and does nothing but probably hurt their back

You need to get your girlfriend in to see some docs including possibly a psychiatrist. She is well on her way to having an eating disorder. One day she is so lean she has no menstrual cycle and then she packs on 30 lbs This is what is called going from one extreme to the other and it's a sign of health problems on the way

My lateral head has been shrinking just by incorporating more long head into my routine, i prefer a defined lateral head to water-filled looking arms. Not complaining or anything, just be wary of doing too much of this even if you're gaining good overall size. In my opinion. Balance is key.

Glad I saw the last of the video with you laughing and I wasn't tripping XD I didn't know it was ok to laugh during the video in a few parts. When you were showing the making into a bench press mistake it looked like u were on the phone. Hahaha. Thanks for the video.

Jeff, can you do a video on exertion headaches during training? Its a frequent problem among lifters and Id really think if youd do a video on it itll help many with the same problem as me. The pain is unbearable to where I cant go my full potential Thanks

Quick question im limited so I can't do pressdowns. so I've been using resistance bands but singular arm pressdowns with hammer style grip. Is that effective enough? I also mix in close grip bench press plus single arm skull crushers. Any suggestions?
