Im looking for some help here, guys Im working out and not eating enough protein/calories but at this point Im just working out because I love the process and time goes by faster for me after work. Id love to make my legs thinner (they are pretty big genetically, what should I do: train them and brake these muscle fibers so my legs couldnt recover and I lose muscle/fat or I shouldnt train them at all?

Jeff, how do you decide a rep range for a given exercise? Specifically things like the lat pulldowns being 8-10, but the T-Bar rows being 10-12? What helps you determine what the rep range should be? Also, same question but for the number of sets. Im wondering why the Machine High-Low Rows were only 2 setsKeep it up I learn so much in your videos

Hey, I dont understand how people get sore, never mind grow off of 22 weekly sets? It feels like such a little amount, like 11 sets per workout, twice a week it seems so little, I do slightly more so like 25-30 sets per week for back, Im not getting sore, am I doing something wrong?

Started doing these Applied Science workouts, but somehow, when I'm doing them, I hear the words of another certain YouTuber that keep repeating, Fluff and pump, fluff and pump, fluff and pump. Anyone else think that? Maybe I'm just not used to training like a bodybuilder anymore.

Hey brotha. Love you videos. Any research on how long between exercises is detrimental to hypertrophy? My gym is small and it's not uncommon to wait 30 minutes for a bench or rack. Was looking to make an informed choice on when to give up waiting for a less optimal exercise.

I have 2 herniated discs + 1 bulging disc. It is a pain in the ass especially growing traps. It is hard to lift decent weight while standing shrugs and I can't feel my traps if shrugs done seated. I can't deadlift. Whats the do?

Any good alternatives to Chest Supported TBar Row and Machine High 2 Low Row from your Push 2 workout as neither machine is at my gym? Was just gonna do a normal dumbell chest supported row and one arm machine row instead.

Jeff how about some research in optimal training for various leverages? I have really long arms in comparison to my torso and I've noticed there's a lot of exercises that I can't do well that others can and the other way around
