The problem for me is my parents won't buy me any healthy food. They just buy a bunch of junk food and I tell them to buy healthy foods and then they complain about it costing too much money. But in reality they just rather buy junk food because it's easier. We live in a 250k dollar house and both of my parents have very decent jobs and they eat out just about everyday.
If I had a job I would buy my own food but I currently can't get any kind of job due to where we live. I'm still losing weight but I just feel like my parents are causing me to have delayed transformation due to the food I have to eat. :(

The yo-yo diet, the yo-yo exercises. That's me. I have been in this addiction for more than 10 years. The maximum I have managed to lose has been 40 pounds and then gain it all back. I could justify myself because thanks to physical problems, but in reality, that does not do me any good. Thank you so much. I'm going to keep very clear to not pay more attention to how I feel and do what I have to do, to fulfill my goal. You nailed it, in some many ways!

I'm not sure if you have it in America, but is hazelnut milk a good or bad replacement? I enjoy having it in the morning with my oats, nonfat Greek yogurts, berries and seeds. I drink alpro hazelnut milk if it helps, I know almond milk is less calories but I don't really likeit. Would really appreciate a reply as I'll cut it out if it does more bad than good. Thanks!

Nice tips to follow. I have been weighing myself once a week for my weekly update videos. I started at around 560 pounds and now am down to 511 pounds. It has been difficult, but this is more then I have ever lost before. I feel like I am finally on the right track and I try my best to follow all of these tips. Great video.

overweight is not enough to reflect the truth.
All states of America vary between 22% and (almost) 40% obesity!
Obesity bmi is 30+. overweight as a term is nowhere near those numbers.
America is the holy land of fast food, mainly (personal opinion) cause it is so cheap to pig out.

Since your weight can fluctuate as much as +/- 5 lbs per day, you should weigh yourself often so you can average your weight. If you weigh-in once a month, the fluctuations could cause you to think a whole month was wasted when really it was just a lot water weight retained during weigh-in day

1. Giving into food addiction and binging when trying to stick into a diet
2. Having no idea of the number of calories your eating
3. Not being consistent
4. Eating past the point of being full
5. Measuring weight and body fat too often

4: 26 This such a good point! It's easy to not realize how many days you're missing if you don't keep track of it. I prefer to have something visual like a calendar to mark off each day that a workout is done. It tends to keep me more accountable.
