Unbelievable how unprofessional this people are I waited for my first call and this guy try to sell me on 30 program 1600 without backing up after I told him about 6 times I had loss my job do to the pandemic and then he got mad and had an attitude about it went from friendly to pushy to getting upset because I couldnt afford the program. Very disappointed.

Beware lifting heavy while cutting calories can result in injury, so be carefull. I'm in recovery state and I lost 3 weeks of training time. I have to start again now it's a pain. I'd say reduce weights by 80% just to be safe and do intermittent fasting with longer recovery time. Maintaing muscle with protein, BCAAs and vitamin D and glutamine.

Thank you for all your help man. I was bulking and my goal was 200lbs. I'm there now I adjusted that to 300lbs
But I'm on a cut cycle now.

In time they will say none of this matters when cutting. Just lose the fat and then if you want more muscle increase your calories by a small amount and lift a little heavier. Geez they complicate the shit out of everything to make money. When will we learn.

If you ask me, it's really hard to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time, but website called Agoge Diet is great for that. They also calculate your BMI and calorie intake for FREE and provide you with diet meal plan and training plan.

Excellent thank you. I'm trying to drop from 18% body fat to around 13-14%. But i don't want to lose too much of the muscle I have now. I weigh at about 195 too and need to drop that a bit more. It'll be hard but I'm determined.
