Check out Veestro (BRIAN20 for 20 off) Mae: Hello Brian, I'm Mae and I'm from Philippines. I watched your videos and I am touched by your experience about Acne. I am also suffering on my Acne Cyst. I'd tried so many products to cure my acnes but it does't work. I was also suffering from depression because of it. The feeling that I don't want to be with other people and I always want to be alone. I'm a teacher but I chose to work in office now because I was bullied by my students before. I lost my confidence. I always cry every night and every time I see my face. When I go out, people are always looking at me and talking about my acne. There's a time that I hide all day on my room and I don't face anybody even my parents and siblings. I want to be alone and don't go to work for all my life. I want to live by my own without anybody. Even my parents and siblings are making me down because of their reaction when they saw my face. The only one who loved and understand me since my Acne invades me was my boyfriend. But I'm still afraid because my parents were always kidding me that my boyfriend will leave me and He will find other girl if I remain to be like this. But I can't stop it. It always popped on my face. You're video is helpful and I was encouraged to eat healthy foods and drink a lot of water. Maybe this will be the answer and this is a BIG HELP. From now on, I'll start doing what you did to be confident someday. I'll Challenge my self to be health conscious. Thank u again Brian.

No worries about the Christmas lights. I am those people too. I just took my trees down yesterday and I put green lights going up the stair case for the first time this year. I ask everyone what they thought if I left them up all year and they said it would be cool. So I am gonna leave some of my Christmas lights up til next Christmas. I so agree with Sami, I love seeing the lights at night time--they're so pretty. Thanks for another awesome video. My husband and I really enjoy all your videos (I mean we love the food, js): ) love you guys! :): ): )
p. s. I thought the videos you did for VivoLife on the Veganuary series were awesome: ): ): )

Thanks for the cool video. Im losig wright at the moment (trying to get that fat percentage down) and im always on the lookout for protein sources that arent high in calories otherwise. A great thing ive found are soy flakes (40g protein. I add them to porridge or i make cauliflower wings and use the soy flakes as the batter. Also i use white beans in smoothies; it makes them smoother and great protein that you dont even taste

Warning for vegans: Beans and legumes. Beans are generally a great source of protein and fiber, but they can cause IBS symptoms. While beans can increase bulk in stool to help constipation, they also increase gas, bloating, and cramps. If you're like most people with IBS, you'll want to add beans to your list of foods to avoid.

I've made hot for food's fettuccine since you told us like a year ago probably. I found a cheaper alternative to cashews. It's an almond cream made by Nestle it should be on the canned evaporated milk section it has to be a new productI'm sure. I know cashews can get expensive sometimes. It tastes literally the same to me.

For the fettuccine recipe you can reduce the fat a ton by reducing the amount of cashew and adding in steamed cauliflower and pureeing it to make the sauce. I do about 1/3 cup cashew to a head of steamed cauliflower - otherwise the recipe is the same and it's still very good!

I tried the beet juice thing Brian and it wasn't too hard to drink but within 5 minutes of drinking it my mouth started watering and I puked. And let me tell you it was the most horrific looking puke I have ever had as it looked like blood and some was even coming out my nose.

Hey Brian awesome video as always! Just an idea for a little bit cheaper option than the cashews is White Cannellini beans. I have used them in recipes that have previously had cashews and it works great! Thanks for all of your inspirational videos.

Do you take b12 vitamins? Have you ever injected them? I was at a health food store today and they were injecting people with b12 vitamin via needle into their vein like junkies, does that sound healthy or even sane?

Morocco is in Africa, not very Indian. The melange did look delicious though. I need to make a big batch of that chickpea mash.
Wish I could give another like for the doggies.
Thanks for sharing!
