Hey buddy, I've been following you for I don't know how long now and I was making progress in muscle training until about a year ago when I developed a medical condition which saw me unable to leave my flat for periods of time. I'm doing better now but I am still having some problems. During this time I gained almost 25kg in the span of a about month due to medication and steroids which were prescribed to me and as a result I now have stretch marks all over my body which is a big insecurity for me and I hate the way I look now. I'm trying to lose the weight I've gained but it's really hard as I sometimes just get depressed and start eating again. Any advice would be appreciated: ) (I'm 21 6'5 115kg.

I totally did the super low cal diet and my body adjusted and stopped losing any fat. Im so glad I know now what to do. Funny thing is I came up with this on my own a week ago and ive been doing way more calls. Feels better in the gym. I hope this works! I was tired of only maintaing waiting for low belly fat to dissipate (with gym/cardio 7 days /w, Hopefully I wont get any fat from this resetting! As always thanks mate. Love your info

HEY DUDE i really need help im what you call a skinny fat dude, i just started lifting but i dont know if i should start by bulking or cutting. I dont have a lot of fat just a little in my chest (they're kinda defined) and a lot in my love handle i have a flat stomach but my love handles are just gross. If i bulk wont they grow? but if i cut, then i would have less muscle than what i have? WHAT SHOULD I DO

Hey i've been bulking for about three months and gained about 11-12 pounds which is great but right now im have 5500 calories a day, following your ratios (30/55/15) i would be having 412 protein, 91 fat and 756 carbs, isnt that a bit too much protein and carbs?

Im 135 and my calories to stay the same is 2100. I recently just got into macros and I'm doing 45 carbs 30 protein and 25 fats. (Percentage btw. Just wondering what kind of diet would that be? Bulking? And if not what do you think my macro percentages should be. Im totally open to advice.

Did you mention lifting heavy while on the cut to retain muscle mass? I see alot of people switch to super high reps with light weight while cutting. I think that is the worst thing you can do. I was on a powerlifting routine while cutting from 202 lbs to 158 lbs, and it worked well for me.

2100 calories is maintenance for you! I did a calorie calculater and it told to keep my my weight would 2100 and to gain 2 lbs a week would 3000 calories. I was asking you for a bulking macro split. Were answering with 45 c 35 p 20 f?

I follow LoHiLo while I cut OR bulk, so there are power days and hypertrophy days, I find that struggling to keep your strength is the hardest but best thing to do while cutting!

My maintenance is so high because of my naturally high metabolism in combination with the amount of mass I hold. The more muscle you have the higher your maintenance becomes!

Glad you figured it out yourself and now you know that your ideas were actually concrete! Good luck brother you'll be glad that you increased the calories!
