Hey Jeff and Freddie (Ok, you made this more fun) not one for commenting on videos, but I really did love this one. As a slightly smaller guy, I often find the muscle crowd with the barbells a tad intimidating and ruling the barbells, so seeing the same exercises with dumbells has made my visits to the gym much more enjoyable. As a runner, I just look at gym work as supplementary so now feel far more confident with my indoor workout. thank you so much. And I really do appreciate the moments of humour added in too, some guys take this stuff way too seriously.

Is this guy responsive. ? I-m a 35 year old male who lived in the gym. Found out that I have a serious neck issue 2 years ago and slipped into a severe depression. I-m not trying to get my life back. I-m afraid to do dead-s cuz my forward head posture is so bad. In the decline you extend head. is this safe for me? Stuck in a world where I-m dying to start lifting ASAP. And doctors say I can but I also feel like I need serious rehab first. Their conventional physio has done nothing

No one gonna notice, but I am leaving this comment here.
1. Legs are the biggest muscle. 70% of testosterone can be boosted with leg excercises. Don't skip leg days. Better give more efforts to it than upper body.
2. Your upper arm is 2/3 triceps and 1/3 biceps. Want bigger arms, train triceps first and harder.
3. Abs aren't made in the gym but in the kitchen. Get your nutrition and calories right.

Jesse? what's with him, clowning dumb dumb, brought on buy his brain trauma that happened? he's just a bit out there, he dont realize it. Well Props to him as he has improved immensely his physical phaseek after seeing his first pics of his tooth pic body, he looked starved litterly.

The shear odd amount of homophobic digs he takes is rather alarming. Jeff needs to be less cavalier and realize that most people should be lifting for their health. Not to look good. And certainly needs to stop the negging.

Avoid the rookie mistake I made: DON'T do the heaviest lifts first followed by the ones that require more balance. By the time I got to the Bulgarian split squats the first time, I was too shaky to do a full set.

Any suggestions for those that have severe knee issues- as far as lunges are concerned? I have a hard time doing lunges or any variation of lunges. I had a major leg/knee injury that required major surgery.

This was a good leg workout video because I added thia video to my exercises for lower body workout. Also, when you make videos on upper body workouts I add them to my exercise and do them. -
