Average guys always look for the shortcuts to 6 pack abs, unwilling to put in the hard work capable of making them anything but average. Are you ready to give up the excuses and short cuts and find out what it takes to get a six pack and keep it all year round? Well then pull up a chair and watch for the next 5 minutes. It could be just the jolt you need when searching how to get a six pack fast. The first thing the average guy needs to do go get abs is set a goal. That goal is going to be highly individual and may not be the same as the guy in the gym next to him. If you want to get a shredded set of abs and a strong core however, it-s not going to come without work. Dedicate yourself to getting in your ab workouts at least 5-6 days per week. Some days you are likely to not have the same motivation as others. Guess what? Nobody has the enthusiasm and desire to workout every time they-re supposed to. Those not wanting to be average however will find a way to get the job done. You can-t get abs quick until you face the truth about abs. That is, it takes hard work and consistency to get them. 6 Pack abs are just the beginning though. Anything worth having is gained only with sincere effort. Want to get bigger arms, more powerful legs, to be a better athlete? Each of these goals all require the same amount of determination and focus and consistent drive as carving up those abs of yours. Once again, in order to get to your goal you are going to have to be willing to trade in average, and become athlean! Today, top professional athletes from all of the major sports are turning to the ATHLEAN-X program to help them rise above their competition. Professional athletes are becoming elite professional athletes, and regular guys are becoming anything but by training with the step by step workout program available at If you are tired of being average and want to see how to get 6 pack abs and be anything but average, be sure to

Well said Jeff Cavaliere. It will never be the perfect day or time in life to get ourselves out of our comfort zone and start in a new direction in life or to start doing what is required to begin seeing the changes that we all want and like the old saying goes- better said than done - but that is precisely what we don't want. I think that we all have the power to start making some small changes in our lifes that ultimately will lead to that desired result but it all starts today and we better begin moving before we run out time and find ourselves Later on the future regretting what we never had the courage to do. Hope all have a bless day and thanks for the video (very helpfull)

I'm the same way have a busy day crammed full. most of my workouts at home are starting around 9: 45 to 10: 15. I do as you say Jeff train for 30 or so min and I'm done. You got it right staying lean isn't going to come by dreaming we just got to put our body's to work. so many say i don't have time to workout but I'd like to get ripped and you find out that most of the time they are just too lazy and don't want to do it. it takes a focused mind to stay at it. Love what you said Jeff. the truth all the way through. :)

Hey Jeff, saw this video today. it was very inspiring. Ive been telling my family for the last 2 1/2 months I'm sick of being average, in everything in my life. Ive been hitting the gym for 2 1/2 months, and changed my eating habits completely, and busting my ass to build up an acting career in Cinema. I love your morning oatmeal btw, I eat it every day that I can and find I have alot more energy during the day. Thanks for the inspiring talk, even a year down the road its effecting lives. Keep it up.

I don't even own a television, so I can't sit around and watch TV, and I've cut down alcohol. And I get up early in the morning and work out early. I also love working out in a home gym. I can listen to my own music and do it my way. I am in the Army Reserve, so I can use the military gym - which is very motivating and it's a good change of pace.
It helps to just think postive thoughts and goals - exercising towards a goal, rather than trying to prevent some problem.

Shit guys just work a serving job at night. You get to wake up at like 10: 30 in the morning eat a quick breakfast go to the gym at like 11: 30 be done by like 1 or 2 go home relax for a hit then go to work. Most likely be done by like 9 or 10. With a butt load of cash. Then go home relax again knowing you went to the gym already. It's perfect

I caught this video on the right day. Exactly what I needed to hear, been going strong for about 6 months with nutrition, workouts, and sleep. I get up at 4am for 1 hr fasted cardio and workout in gym right after work. It-s all or none with me but I started to fade a little these last few days. This video put me back in my zone. Many thanks.

I've changed my diet to only whole foods. No junk. No sugar. No problem with that. But i been training. Doing Jeff's program 3am to 4am. Then evening's 7pm to 8pm. Then shower and hit the pillow. I am hoping to grow new muscles and loose fat. Get ripped if i can. Im determined to do or die trying. Go again
