For anyone who has purchased streaming movies, Movies Anywhere would be a logical addition. You can link your Vudu, Google Play, Amazon Prime, Fandango Now, Microsoft Movies & TV, and a few others. The movies will show up in ALL of them. You can also play them right through the Movies Anywhere app. This is especially useful if you have bought 4K movies, and your TV supports Dolby Vision. Certain movies look better on either HDR10, or Dolby Vision, and different apps use different HDR formats. The quality also differs between them.

Amazon Prime Video will be available for all Android TV devices sometime this Summer. At this time it comes pre-installed with the Nvidia Shield. What is your favorite Android TV app? The twitch app doesnt work for me. It says its not compatible with this version . I contacted nvidia and they are claiming you cant watch twitch on there shield tv but you can only broadcast your games. I have the 2019 shield tv pro and everything is updated

X-plore File Manager is worth a mention, now that ES File Explorer has been removed from the Google Play Store. Many tutorials, how to, videos still reference ES File Explorer which can be a little annoying, especially when you re new to this.

I use Speedify VPN and Connectify hotspot. Amazon Prime blocks VPN connected devices. I can watch it on my phone on the 4gLTE , but not on my network. The price I pay for privacy. BTW, Speedify is a pretty good VPN.

quality servers you have to pay such as Netflix Amazon prime however if your willing to dig around the internet you can get all these services for free not saying it's legal this is why VPN was invented

Pointless...cutting the cord and cancelling cable subscription...only to pay for netflix hulu blah blah blah. People want FREE content no ads no buffering...thats what we want.
