Hi Amesh, you are amazing and I have so enjoyed your videos! I do not have the stamp visible layer icon at the bottom of my panel? I have made an action for it, but I would love to have the icon, it would be much quicker. I have been all over PS, but can't find the icon or how to make it appear. I am running the latest cloud version. Can you please show how? Thanks so much, you rock!

Great video! Also, to work on the high frequency layer, you could duplicate it, change it's blend mode to normal and clip it to the original high frequency layer. That way you don't need to hide the original and can crop the duplicate to were you made adjustments only, and it'll help reduce the file size.

I can't make it work on my CS6. :( After I import the Action Tool (actually it imports by itself, but when I play it, the Blur comes out white, it doesn't do anything. . Then I put a number, 10 pixel, just to see what it does and it give me the error The Command 'Apply Image' is not currently unavailable'

This actually worked very well for horrendous stains on a photo of an ancient Roman statue. Two millennia worth of stains, gone. If it's gone a bit too far, you can also just reduce the overall opacity of the entire folder, or individual layers.

I have the impression that in one of your tutorials you said that you could use the same settings of apply image both for 8 and 16 bit images. Why are there two separate actions?
Awsome video.

Amazing tutorial. I really would like to see a tutorial about removing complex lens flares that often ruins the picture. Would you do this also with frequency separation?

I have a question. Will the result be as good if we just change the exposure and colour values of the stained part of the shirt to match with the rest of the shirt?

I'm going out with stained shirts all the time now. Screw it. I haven't showered in 2 months so why not let it all go.
