Note: I realized later that SAM was disabled in the BIOS during all this testing. I did a couple follow up runs and it increased framerates but didn't move thermals so I didn't think it warranted going back to change everything.

Suggestions? How much time you got? We're going to need a micrometer, wet/dry sand paper from 300 to 1, 500 grit, a sheet of glass, a die grinder, 1 ounce of KP Blue, and that guys leg. -points over there-

Have you considered installing an EVA foam between the mesh side panel and the GPU fan shroud something like the Noctua NA-FD1 fan duct kit?

Good video but small form factor is always a pain in the a$$ to build, cool and maintain. I know why case & fan manufacturers push the small form factor, they make more money.

Back when I had a CRT monitor, the cat was always on the back, soaking up the heat. Ironically, it also was a black cat that look a lot like your little buddy.
