NVIDIA already has ability to look at any chip they want to lol they already own all the tools to look into any chip made. They use these tools to look at issues with there own chips so the worry about NVIDIA using knowledge of other chips like say apple wouldn't change anything i mean they just buy any apple product and they can use the tools they already have to see into the chip. NVIDIA owning arm would be a good thing because it would push arm forward much faster then they can on there own and all would win from this as a whole! including there rival's!

I think part/whole of Nvidias move to rerelease the RTX2060 was to free up more cores for RTX3070/80/90 to get some more $$$. VG business move by nvidia, but not sure whether it will benefit consumers in the short-medium term --.
