I played now for 2 hours and used couple of different Settings
My Specs
8700K
2080 Super
Monitor 1: 4k LG 32UK550
Monitor 2: WQHD 144hz - ASUS XG32VQ
WQHD = Ultra Details with DLSS Balanced /RTX OFF i get about 80-100 fps
4K = High Settings with DLSS Balanced / RTX OFF i get steady 60 fps
4K = Very High Settings / Ultra Settings with DLSS Balanced / RTX OFF i get about 60 FPS with FPS Drops in 45-55 Area all the Time. Dont recommend it for smooth Gameplay.
So i am gonna Stick with 4K / High Settings and gonna enjoy the Game. The Graphics are good but not that good. I dont see really a difference with HIGH / Ultra Settings.
RTX is not good enough to use in Watch Dogs Legion. The Performance take quite a dive with it on. And the only thing that RTX is doing in Legion are Reflections on Cars / Puddles. No new Lighting or whatsever.
Funny Thing. The Game looks in WQHD quite washed out. You have to use the Sharpening Feature in the Settings to get the Game in a good Look. Never saw that until now.
In 4K the Default Settings are really Sharp and Crisp. But WQHD is in default quite bad. I testet it with WQHD / 30% Sharpening and then it looked good.

Thanks for the game play. I got this game coming courtesy of NVIDIA on the 29th. I'm curious to see RTX on/off comparisons.
