Garbage update. I work for an enterprise MSP and manage MDT deployments and SCCM. Each feature update always needs to be tested. We got users who were on 1909, got a forced update to 2004 and it bonked our clients printer drivers and other misc items that we believe to be caused by 2004 update. So far, we tested 2004 and I see no difference between 2004 and 1909. 2004, however, feels like a feature update made for IT professionals or may benefits professionals who work and rely on linux/windows cross platforms. We don't use any linux in our enviroment, if we do, its usually some Ubuntu drobo FS file server working of Samba but enterprise clients will always be a mix of Mac or Windows. In our case, 90% windows enviroment. We are then at the mercy of microsoft pushing and enforcing these updates to our clients systems and it may or may not bonk the system and creates a lot of ticket volume noise for our clients because an update ruined their daily workflow. Thankfully, we have a way to block the update but we still inefficient when the day comes with 1909 is retired in May 2021 and we have to release 2004 and there may already be a feature update to windows 10 version 109230921830912. Fork this noise. microsoft is garbage but microsoft gives us a a job. We are hostages.

I hate this update. I get a blue screen saying it ran into an error and is gathering information and will restart for me and this only happens when the computer is idle. And where my MS account picture is, a smaller picture appeared there. I already had a small picture appear there some time ago. Don't know why I have my main account picture and then a smaller one and now after this update, another smaller one. If I need a updated BIOS, as I saw on HP's website that there are 2 versions after the one my computer has, why hasn't HP Assistant provided it for me? My assumption is perhaps the BIOS isn't updated and probably that is why I am getting the blue screen and restart when the computer is idle.

The best feature of 2004 for me A constantly recurring series of BSOD's that finally resulted in a corrupted machine that wouldn't boot. The best opportunity of 2005 the chance to learn how to use the factory restore to go back to version 1809 and lose all my programs. The best feature of 2004 making rational decisions about what programs to reinstall after upgrading from 1809 to 1909 after doing a factory restore!

Good video, definitely disappointed with some of the features you say and can't show them because it's your personal computer and seeing your private stuff. Definitely recommend you getting just a computer just for YouTube. Happens with a lot of youtubers and it's straight up annoying.

What's new for me: it failed to install but luckily uninstalled itself on reboot: ) Actually it shouldn't have installed itself at all since it hasn't become mandatory yet but there you are. And now I have to dread the moment its' status changes. I hope it gets fixed.

My Phone screen (Android) still works fine in Windows 10 - 2004. Only things what used to work and now not is placing or receiving phone, can't connect with bluetooth anymore.

Pathetic review, all I am hearing is I won't show you this and I won't show you that because of my personal stuff. Get a test pc and phone and do a real review.
