This is a very well detailed video.
Important question: I went through this procedure and don't have any of those apps on my Windows 10. I also checked the Microsoft Remote Desktop and it says my Windows 10 Home Edition does not support Remote Desktop.
My concern is that last night, I gave remote access to what I thought was a Canon Tech (to help install a new printer) and it turns out is was some other company (support.MyPC.chat) and eventually (after the guy was controlling my computer about 5-10 minutes), he said there was a problem installing the drivers and wanted to send me to another tech to fix it, and this time he said there was a charge. Obviously, one of those sites that dupe you into a fake repair, however I want to make sure they can not get back into my computer.
Is there anything else I can check for or uninstall in case they downloaded some other remote software. Thanks...I gave you a sub as your video was super clear and the best one I have seen. Thanks.

I watched this video because something crazy happened to me some one installed Linux Ubuntu on my pc!! while I was away and he did some thing to my screen when I boot to windows the screen is black and I can only see the mouse cursor

HP instant ink is controlling my devices. Frustrating as hell. What can I do? I like the ink but the turning off my printer, making my desktop and mobile where I can not do anything is not going to work.

hey nice video but if you got into event Viewer and see Errors and Warnings what do you do? isnt that always a hacker or software?
