Am I the only one who noticed that as soon as I enabled the 'Optimised Dom Output' option in settings, my 'Performance' within chrome tools and 'lighthouse' went down by about 20 points?
I then disabled it, just to ensure' and ran again the report, sure enough, number went back to original.
Does this have to do with the fact that I enabled it on an existing website and not before?
A helpful explanation would be nice :-)

I when I enabled the Improved Asset Loading option, it really helped with page speed metrics BUT two important carousel widgets (image and testimonial) stopped working. So I had to disable the option. Is this something that will be addressed?
