You don't need full-on different devices, just multiple hard drives or partitions, each encrypted separately, that you can preferably disable/enable from BIOS as needed. Also, virtual machines exist, so for example I use a Windows VM for gaming on an otherwise-Linux set of both a hard drive partition and SSD that I just use for wider personal stuff, and then the other half of the hard drive and a separate SSD for productivity. You'd think it's a lot more complicated than it actually is, but it just takes a few arrow key presses on boot and it works exactly the same as one catch-all computer, except with added compartmentalization benefits.

I'm a two phoned weirdo but I keep proprietary trash like mobile banking, social media, and spotify on my 2016 iphone se. While E-Mail, the number I've had for a decade, & most things else that can be run without google play services on my calyx os pixel. Big truth with chromebooks/iPads.

You should talk about being able to do this more realistic approach which is using different operating systems on different partitions, of course it might be good to encrypt the different partitions

What about android phones? How to separate profiles on one device? There arent vm that have good compatibility currently.
