The Case For Brave Browser. Should You Use It? Techlore The Brave Browser is a relatively new browser offering security and privacy out of the box. It's based on Chromium, and tackling large browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, but how well does it compete? What are its advantages? R. a. : I love your Dell monitor, I own two similar ultrasharps. worth every penny. That said I agree with your thought process here on Brave. It's incredibly fast on linux too. While I would rather just use firefox, it's not where its at on Google services anymore no thanks to Google.

I am using brave In PC as well as my Phone, it's just a chrome with two or more options available and privacy.
Very easy to use hence.
The reason I like the brave browser is due to it's safety and privacy and even blocking ads etc.
In the advertisement every feature of brave is true except speed as it's speed is sometimes slower than Google Chrome trust me.
I would really suggest brave to increase their speed then it'll be really good.

I wouldn't have such a snobbish attitude toward Tor mode. It's good for the average person who doesn't understand how to utilize Tor or Tails. People have to start somewhere. Brave is a great browser for the happy medium I try to achieve. I have my reasons for moving away from Firefox. It's going the same direction as Chrome as a company anyway. The only time I'll ever use Firefox is when I want to use a certain download helper.

-Techlore You probably already know this, but when I used your Brave Kickback Link, I got an emphatic warning of -This site wants to harm your computer! - I ignored it, of course, but you need to be aware, so you can address the bogus warning in one of your videos. Also- your presentation sold me. Very good job, Sis. :)

Question, you said Brave doesn-t have great protection against fingerprinting, but it-s the only browser I-ve seen that generates a non-unique fingerprint on test websites. Is Brave-s default fingerprint protection worse than a non-hardened Firefox-s fingerprint protection?

You can't customize your new tab pages on brave. It's almost as if Brave cares more about their BAT crypto earnings rather than prioritizing user experience
Highly sketchy ngl

Just downloaded Brave on my cell phone to use with my vpn, but why do I feel that the duck duck go browser is more private? Perhaps I need to hear more about a hardened firefox.

I like the browser but the crypto stuff is a major turn off.
And it's unusable for me because for some reason they still haven't added the front page shortcuts.

Brave is not my default browser (Microsoft Edge) but I use it for some sites that run incredibly poorly and it loads them faster by like two seconds.

My internet speed is 200 download and ping is 8 mbps. When I visit sites it doesn't run fast. How can I get the speed I need?
