Apple has 2 current hacks in their mail app! We can prove it as we currently have an open case with one of their unscrupulous Execs out of Cupertino, CA who has sabatoged us from using our Apple Support app to schedule or call them to troubleshoot (paid Apple Care) AND also with calling the 800 # which is WAY longer hold for a Sr. Advisor to transfer call versus Apple Care of app which connects immediately! We had an email sent from our email address (Apple ID) to NYU hospital Doctor suggesting 2 protocols be added for a current treatment for Covd19! We discovered a few days later while deleting -Sent- emails. We found a -draft- with random contacts sharing their email addresses openly and who knows what pics or content they were going to attach! The 1st thing we asked Apple to do was REMOVE OUR CREDIT CARD! They converted an itunes gift card for us and are supposed to be mailing a check to us for the balance (over $100) They are harassing us and have sabatoged another Senior Advisor when we called from a different phone and # to finally reach Apple. They told us our case had been escalated and they couldn't talk to us before that. We were being -policed- and they lied to us and their software which glitches the phones (why they have 2 teams of attorneys out of CA handling class action lawsuits as we speak) They lock you out of of your account, apple ID and phone saying your pass code isn't correct when it is! We know more than some of their Sr. Tech Advisors! Theyre using SIRI for AI as well as the new animoji and forget any newer phone above 10 as from now on you are required to share personally identifiable info such as billing address, a credti card and first and last name versus before you didn't even have to put a name at all when you created an email address and wanted to sign in so you could backup to a cloud.
It's a racket and now they're sending back devices UNDER WARRANTY and not repairing them! Just Fed-Ex'ed ours for the 3rd time today and the Exec mustve been reading our private emails as she somehow knew we'd set up a new Repair ID and made sure she let us know that she KNEW! Today alone, they have harassed us by calling at least 5-7 times repeatedly and left 3 voicemails when we already have another Sr Advisor folloiwng up on our case and handling it due to the Exec saying she couldnt set up another Repair ID which is BS! We are now leaving Apple after being several generation users including going to school online and receiving a recent degree, doing a case study in a Strategy & Innovation class in current 3rd degree finishing up as well as having devices all the way back to their first iphone and even ipod before they created the iphone. Our family is very teck savy and learning more every day and Apple did NOT disclose to us they were hacked! Zec Ops, a large tech company duplicated BOTH open hacks and it was on Forbes and Bloomberg.

They updated the privacy policy now that they anonymize the last segment of your IP Address to keep you somewhat anonymous. But that is only in the system client. The web plugin is different, as they store your entire IP when using that one.
