If you are more of a listener than a reader or have a disability that makes it hard to see your screen then there is a free Office add-in you can install into Office that works with Word, Project, Publisher and Excel. All you need to do is highlight the text you want the add-in to read and it will read it to you. You can also change the speed it is read as well as the voice that is reading it to you.
