I know this is off topic. But i have a workbook that was created on Excel 97 and I need to make it work with todays Excel. I'm not having any success making compatible. I am trying to build another one but I am have trouble doing this as well. It has a data sheet where we keep up with names and errors. A second sheet that has a graph and a pivot table. And a third sheet that has a yearly population of the data. There are three buttons on the first page that has sort by name, count by, and remove count. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kevin,
From what I noticed, when the PowerPoint slides are closed and everything needs to be -refreshed- by clicking on edit data, any way to ensure that even the PowerPoint slides are re-opened the data still can auto-update? Else I have to keep my data open for both excel and ppt to ensure the synchronization exists.

Kevin this is great, i have created this but used 25 data sets with field manager names on slicers so the data changes on the powerpoint from a slicer. Is there a way that i can make muitple people access and make changes to access them self

I have a problem copying treemap charts from excel to powerpoint, it is copied as a blank chart in ppt and shows nothing, regardless of any pasting mode, is there any suggestions?

Getting issues after linking..i closed and opened both excel and ppt after linking...but graphs got overlaped and graphs types changed...everything is overlapped now..can anyone help?
