I paid the minimal fee for the pro version of Bluestacks. I was able to connect to the emulator session using ADB and to uninstall or disable every package that wasn't standard Android, effectively removing everything that Bluestacks had added, leaving me with a pure Android 7 emulator. Then, by setting the Bluestacks desktop wallpaper to a transparent image, my laptop's desktop became a hybrid of Windows 10 Pro and Android 7; you couldn't tell which icons were on my Windows desktop and which were on my [transparent] Android/Bluestacks desktop. Double clicking an Android icon, the app ran and looked like it was running directly on my Windows desktop. If that's something that appeals to you, I can definitely recommend the paid-for version of Bluestacks.
p.s. also, contrary to Bluestacks' own website, I was able to have Bluestacks and Windows Sandbox running without having to disable and re-enable (e.g.) Hyper-V virtualization in Windows Features. You just need two boot-up profiles depending on whether you want to run Bluestacks or Sandbox.

One problem I had with Nox is that it slowly balloons in size. It started off at about 3 GB but, after a few years, it was over 60 GB. And this was after I removed all the apps off of it. I had to uninstall Nox because of this as it took up all the space on my computer.

Bluestacks and Hyper-V. Not sure why my comment was removed but, contrary to popular opinion, the two can co-exist without having to disable Windows Features every time you want to run Bluestacks. Contact me for more details if you're interested.

I use bluestacks, and its 100% worth it considering its free. It runs fine and takes minute to boot up but you can directly play a game after downloading it onto your computer
