In-depth Look at Windows 11 Insider Preview - Kevin Stratvert overview video, get an overview of everything that is new in the Windows 11 insiders preview build (22000.51). Microsoft released the insider preview on Monday and there are lots of new features and capabilities to explore. We start by looking at the task bar and how it's centered aligned. We also look at how to configure settings to move it back to the left. Next, we move to the start menu and how you can personalize the look and feel. Next, we explore how search and settings have changed compared to what was available in Windows 10. We then test out snapping and snapping groups. With snap groups, you can quickly restore a collection of snapped apps. We then look at virtual desktops and how you can personalize each individual desktop. Widgets are up next where you can see weather, news, sport scores, stocks, and more. We also customize the experience. We continue to the system tray, the action center, file explorer, and finish with the Microsoft Store and XBOX apps. Android apps and Teams integration are not yet available in the inside build. - Additional resources - How to download & install Windows 11: https://youtu.be/hrwUUbaUUOg

This OS really has a look towards the future from Microsofts past there are resembles of XP a bit here in some ways and you did mention chrome OS my theory is this is the future development of Windows OS and crossover between chrome OS and Windows OS there's Edge that uses chrome and so on but does these changes mean open source and security settings are fixed to and vulnerability is no longer a issue problem and if some pc and laptop owners cannot get w11 will there be another lite version available or w10. 11 say a support system serves run like 11 but using 10 upon release of 11 updates across the clobe?

Just FYI I just installed Windows 11 on my Laptop today. Alienware 13- R3 which isn't on their accepted CPU list . And installed in thru Windows 10 not ISO (I was preparing for that) Obviously CPU Test is not required somehow.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU - 2.60GHz (8 CPUs), -2.6GHz
I found a list of work arounds and didn't even need to use them. Only down side is HDR isn't available to me with an OLED Display Touch display. I like the start menu, it's a bit better and the search feature is so much better than Windows 10.

I have vision problems and the dark theme is great on the eyes not so hard to strain to read. The windows is a lot easier to navigate through and not so hard to figure out where you need to go to find what your searching for. The experience with insider program is a greate experience and hands on to what the final release will be like and get it before anyone else can preview it. LOVE THIS WINDOWS 11

Great video, Kevin. I like many of the W/11 features, but there are some deal breakers for me: (e.g. Edge default browser, and only a Developer download). I'm afraid the Developer download is too risky at this time so I'd just as soon wait 60-90 days and watch the feedback. So perhaps a follow-up video in XX days would be a good idea for many viewers. Thanks again for great quality.

Thanks Kevin, you are the best :) I agree the search and main menu should be integrated, menu within menu should be eliminated or at least unified so that big-space menu should not open small-space menu, and legacy controls should be eliminated altogether.

I'm a bit annoyed that they removed the time from the popup calendar. It's a lot easier to see (for me) than the taskbar time. Fortunately, I found an app in the MS Store to take its place. But why remove it in the first place?

I watched couple other videos on Windows 11 review. But by far your video is the best. Thanks for up-close view with the zooming and going into details of the internal options of file explorer and other features.

I feel the need to tell you that this is a splendid video. More so, I really really appreciate that you get straight to the point and most importantly; no jokes and no exaggerated speak. Subbed.
