Hello, I'm facing an issue. Yesterday I was working on Photoshop suddenly laptop gets slow down and then stuck after the restarted showing a Blue error message from windows. I've tried to restart but showing a Hard Disk Issue detected at the start of Bios saying run Self Diagnostics Test I've run it but not fixed. Then I've attached the Hard Disk Externally using an External case It's Connected to the computer but taking so much time to read data to show up. I'm copying files to another system but some of the files are not copying stuck in the middle and some stuck at the before ending the copying please can you help me how do I fix this. I want them to copy to safe place then want to reformat the hard disk.

hi there sir i got very hard1 if i put hard drive into any p.c it work even if th put windows on it it works /i got a wd hard drive is 1t want use it for free usb!!! /been thru__ dban/been thru__ Bad Sectors al cum back good!//cant see it in my computer/i see it device management in disk!!! drives!!!/i see it in devies and printers/see it in disk management see th letter!!!!!!!! but IF I u try right click on th long box!!!! it will not do any thing AT ALL/ want put kids videos into th hard drive if i try it in on cmd at th end it say>>>VIRTUAL DISK SERVICE ERROR THERE IS NO MEDIA IN TH DEVICE

When I run the Troubleshooter, there is no Hardware . Also when I type in the command info, I get a message to say it can't run this command
