Hi there! Great video man, just what I needed. I have a question. I am screening myself with the laptop camera which cut off the top of my head and does not render a good quality image of my face like it shows in your video. Is that due to a low quality of the laptop camera? I have noticed that if I lift up the laptop my head gets less cuto off but still it is not as good as your image. Can I ask you for a suggestion of what camera I should use to get a better image and maybe how to switch the source camera from the laptop one to the new one I woul buy based on your suggestions? Thanks man!

If I shoot a video and the greenscreen wasn't wide enough, is there any way to just paint the margins green on the video? I can crop to fill to get rid of the non green, but then I'm too large. It seems like I should be able to paint a green margin on the finished video. Does it make sensI? Like can I use a dropper to grab the green from the greenscreen on the video and then just paint that on the little bit of bookshelf that is showing? Of course I can get rid of the bookshelf by cropping, because I'm fully in the greenscreen, but I dont want to crop..

Very helpful tutorial however the quality of the video as you move about is horrid. Even worse than that lame Zoom green screen. Fine if used in a nonprofessional environment. I was hoping this might be a feasible alternative to building an entire green screen studio around two concert grand pianos for professional high quality piano courses. It looks like at present I'm going to have to bite the bullet and fork out the dough.

Great idea and well made. Only issue I have with it is, Zoom will constantly remove my gaming chair. It just keep flickering in and out of existence depending if I lean back or not. So unfortunately your method won't be able to help me. Unless you have a fix for that as well. Thanks anyway.

Thanks so much for this tutorial. I have tried a physical green background cloth but removing it was a disaster because I dint have a proper lighting. I might still use mg greenscreen cloth but this virtual greenscreen is a very good option for quick video clips recording. Thanks.

Hi Kevin. Your video helped a lot. Thanks a ton.
While adding Power Point Show as a source on OBS. Though it adds it as a source, it doesn't work. I would be really grateful if you could address the issue.

That isn't what I thought, what if footage was already recorded without a green screen and the need is to change it after the fact it's already recorded!

Question, I don't mine buying software. But I do not want to be connected to a wed sight. Is there freestanding software to replace the video background?
