I have tried all tips from this video and from your other video with black screen. I haven't visited any websites that would give me a virus and this has been happening for the past week. It is like a light black gray screen but after about one hour to 45 minutes it will load my homescreen and work fine. However I can not do things such as running powershell as administrator to reinstall Microsoft store after I uninstalled it due to problems with the app. Just wondering if you has any advice thanks!

Hi when my pc works slow hanged i will saw your video on it i do rebuildbcd in cmd then after when i stara my pc i identyfy loss software like audio , wifi, windows update & apps etc. Also black screen what can i do for solve it & how can i get my previous bcd software
