I just thought about using zoom to record my screen ( i know about your obs tutorial but there are little lags no matter what i do). Weirdly when i was doing some zoom conferences the records of my screen was smooth and clean. So i search about it and BOOM, here you are! Haha thanks!

I observed the camera content and the video are recorded on the same track in Zoom recording. you can separate the audio track. but can you separate the screen and the video track in Zoom screen recording ?
