It's my belief that Windows 11 is going to suck large turds. I think I would rather die than upgrade to it.
I'm gonna ride the storm out until support runs out for Windows 10 and then start using Linux more than I already do. I've got a new Linux machine set up and when Windows 10 is dead, I'll make the jump and I'll say -Screw You Microsoft-. I am so tired of Microsoft's Bull Shit.

I-ll be honest, 11 kinda looks like what would happen if Vista and OSX had a baby.
This aesthetic feels like it-s going to age poorly. Would-ve much rather seen 10 updated with the bloatware (live tiles, notifications area, etc ) cut out by default rather than going back to the drawing board with a totally new style.

First thing I did with windows 10 was run powershell scripts that stripped my windows 10 of all the bloatware and spyware. Then I used openshell and modded the look. You can hardly tell I'm not on windows 7.

my hp pavilion x360 (2020) just recently became eligible for Windows 11 upgrade.....just debating on if i want to stick with 10 for awhile and upgrade to 11 later on, or if it's worth upgrading to now?

what windows needs is better customazation, if you want it to look like win7 you should be able to do that out of the box. The things you can do are just layered behind fancy words and mods

The 11 installer still has Windows 7 GUI. MS should be embarrassed They can't be bothered to update that?
BTW, the Settings app look different in the release build of Win 11.
