Hello Chris, I'm wondering if you can point me in the right direction. I'd like to build a web page and I need it to have a few specific features. Besides the main content, it needs to be able to add links to personal content of others, post on FB, twitter, etc. This would be content others post whether in video form, or txt, on a variety of platforms my page can supply a Link to. Along with a testimonial page I can add too also.
Suggestions?

I use splatmoji, altho i modified some part of the script.
It uses rofi in dmenu mode to show list of all emojis with their keywords, then you just type the keyword describing the emoji you want and enter, and its selected.
But thank you for the font config thing, i didn't know that, I had to disable dejavu fonts because it was not letting noto color emoji render the emoji.

I can highly recommend splatmoji for entering emoji! It let's you fuzzy search through the names of the emoji, and when you bind it to a shortcut (I use Super+. because that' where it is on Windows as well), it becomes second nature to type emoji into messages, no need to leave the keyboard and click anything.

Thank you so much! I don't even like using emojis but seeing the blocks or the black and white emojis in comments and elsewhere bothered me a lot. I installed all the recommended emoji fonts on the Arch Wiki and still had problems. The recommended config file in the home directory tree worked great!

Chris, could you do a poll and announce that poll to figure out which percentage of your viewers has a multi-user Linux system? I would guess a small percentage but there is only one way to find out. :)

So uhmmm... The -Debian Install- command doesn't work in Ubuntu18.04. All I get is -E: Unable to locate package noto-fonts-emoji-. Do you have any insight on this error?

I am not familiar with what you did with fontconfig. Can you link me to a website where having this configuration is actually a benefit?
