How to Insert Dummy Sample or Lorem Ipsum Text
Use built-in Word functions:
There are three in-line Word functions that will generate sample text: lorem, rand, and rand. old. Each function takes two parameters, a paragraph parameter and a sentence parameter. For example, typing =lorem(4, 2) and then pressing Enter will insert four paragraphs with two sentences each.
