SUCKERMOUTH CATFISH (PLECO) Catch Clean & Cook (Brazilian Moqueca) Lichie: Just because I know they are invasive in FL lol. I love fish. I love keeping them. I don't mind eating them, but it hurts me to kill them-. I wish I could discover the feeling of fishing without the pain of killing it--. Your family looks blessed to be together. I wish I had a happy outdoor family lifestyle like you guys-Be kind to the fish to the food. I like tot r to follow that way of thinking when cooking meat-

Great job pal, enjoyed every second. I don't think i can find that catfish in southeast Louisiana but will for sure try with a sheep head or redfish, its kinda like a redfish Courtbouillon we cook in NOLA. I am kinda like you, i wanted to put that side dish back in the pot like a Roux. I am sure you already gave him a taste of good ol southern cooking. thanks

Plecos are native to the Amazon and Brazil so makes sense they know how to cook them! Thank you for sharing. I've heard they're great on the half shell. Redfish were considered trash fish until Paul Prudholm started the blackened fish craze. Looks mean nothing when it comes to taste. Keep an open mind!

When I was in my 20s, I lived in Acapulco for a year. I couldn-t stand Cilantro either. I loved Mexican food, but I never put Cilantro on anything. Now, I love it! Don-t give up on it. It-s a wonderful herb!

It contains elements that you can find in metal that is why you should not eat that fish. Here in the Philippines we call it Janitor fish.
You can watch it in the born to be wild 'janitor fish'
