These are some nice dorm room or studio apartments recipes, & I'm 56 & but when i was in college majoring in aviation microwaves & air fryers were not available, but hot plates were, but you had to hide them in some dorms as they were not allowed due to possible fire hazard. Today, every dorm room should be allowed to have those 3 appliances, but if i had to pick 1 it would still be the hot plate, soup, stews, ramen noodles, frying meats, etc. ever try a chix breast in a microwave? , rubber ball, lol. The hot plate is still the most versatile, can use metal pans, skillets, etc.

Who gon have some balsamic reduction in they dorm? Only one I saw fit was the macaroni and cheese and the fried egg thing. For those in college if yall dont try to meal prep and spend wisely. Trust me a pot of simple rotel will last you 2-3 days and so does pasta.
