Hi Sam, I'm Ben one of your french fans. I love every single videos/recipes you made for the last few years (even tried some of them and ended up loving them even more. But there's just a little thing that needs to be told here.
This thing you did with the croissant. Over here in France we have a word for it that you may know already, and this word is terrorisme. I hope you will stop insulting us the way you just did here, and that you will learn your lesson before things turn out. Ugly for you.

Given me some ideas. Been making flatbreads laced with chives and spring onions (green onions) using my excess sourdough starter, I reckon I can work this in. the eggs would have to go in after the flatbread was cooked of course (pull flatbread, cut in half, add eggs, return flatbread, flip and add goodies) but I think it has some potential

My wife tried to buy a Theragun. After 6 months of BS excuses of why it hadn t shipped yet, and then them saying it would be another 3! Nope order cancelled. Refunded my money. Bought a better one on Amazon and had it in 3 days.
