Hey Sam! Love your show, im a big fan! (got your 2XL if fat means flavor then I'm f& delicious t-shirt) LolI found some inspiration n tried this out, only I stepped it up a notch with some suculant deer meat that I harvested and processed myself. Venison backstraps seasoned in SPGP (salt, pepper, garlic powder, cubed and seared then served on a bed of savory potato wedges and topped with some drizzles of a garlic cilantro butter sauce. Side sauce was sour cream and sriracha. Foodgasm Inspired by #samthecookingguy

Were going to make a budget version of this on Saturday for dinner. Wagyu is not in our price range so were just going to grab a couple sirloins from Tescos, and I dont think I will be able to find fingerling potatoes easily so I am just going to use what I normally do. I make homemade chips a lot but have never put butter on them. I put butter on and in literally everything else, even though I am lacto intol.

Dude! Enough with the cute! Just do the recipe and harvest respect. Update. I got to the Newly Wed Game and yes I know what you're talking about but it has NOTHING to do with cooking. I've had enough. Thanks for the recipe I will look it up online for a better video. Good luck with the Laughing Chef. It's like watching a schizophrenic Max Headroom on cocaine or something. Wow.

Sam: I love your shows. Next time you make a sandwich with bacon, try weaving a couple of slices and either bake them or use your flat top with a weight to keep them flat. I cut two pieces in half and weave them together (to make a square that fits perfectly on bread. Awesome!

A grand recipe and video. We made them tonite and I wish we'd have had fingerling potatoes. Used Russets and were not disappointed. Thanks for the great video and detail. It's easily part of a grand day when a new video is available. Kudos to you and the Crew!

Less of your BS talking man. Should be more cooking scenes than your bs talking. Great, fun recipes. Your personalities borderline corny and i always skip thru your videos cuz theyre hella long and full of your corny bs. Im annoyed

Just noticed that Sam and Max have 300 haters. REMEMBER when the Spartans had 300 soldiers protecting their people. Well they are nothing like that. This is the greatest cooking show of all time! Keep doing what you do!
