Made this (I just added a few of your butter-poached shrimp on top. It was absolutely delicious. Ive made most your recipes and this is easily is one of my top favorites.

Nicely done Sam. Olive oil is nice. going to try this with part olive oil and part melted butter. even more depth of flavor.
