I visited their store Last September 2021 to try some of their dishes and make a short documentary on how Joseph Montolo (owner of the restaurant) started as a side walk vendor grew his business and now owns a restaurant in Tondo Manila. All of the food were awesome but it turns out that the bulalo dish with sweet savory sauce and nilagang baka is my champion! Date: 2021-10-21
