thanks this was really helpful since my mom on vacation and i had to cook for myself, i didn't have mozzarella sticks so i did it with balls mozzarella and it worked + it works with rice flour too don't forget the salt and i really loved farideh she so cute and funny

Made these last night. the first batch was a flop but the 2nd batch was perfect! I use bread crumbs seasoned with Badia Complete seasoning, which is basically Italian seasoning with salt, pepper and garlic already added.

I tried to make these but the cheese ended up not stretchy and melted, more just the same stick it started as, albeit warm. any ideas what I did wrong?

Can you just stick them in the oven? I can't be arsed to fry them; the frozen ones I get off the supermarket I just bake and they turn out fine.
