The pasta is with no egg, how does it go soft? It will be rubbery and hard? Somebody Italian help me! I tried to make this and the pasta i made from scratch was rubbery and hard, but it was a perfect dough? is there something i need to add milk maybe? I know they used no egg. The Cavatelli.

We have no good markets like that in Indianapolis to buy vegetables. We have the city market, but it is not locally grown items (although they try to pass them as being locally grown. All they sell are hot house tomatoes that were grown somewhere like Cali. kinda blows.

: -O Wow! This man makes all this from scratch? I would love to learn all of it! In my old neighborhood there were many old Italians with gardens and they made a lot of different things from scratch like wine and cheese, etc. But this guy, he is amazing!

7: 11 That's what my dad did before leaving our old home in 2009. He planted rucola through out our garden and when we drove by our old home in 2014 the rucola was growing everywhere on the street and the garden was full of it

My boyfriend-s parent-s house is just like this only their cellar is massive. They also have casks of wine lining the walls and cured meats hanging from the ceiling. Let-s just say I-m there a lot.

munchies you should do some serie about making all that stuff, like sorpresata, proscutto, how to make your garden, every thing that has to do with the food but not the cooking
