Made these tonight. holy rat shit. Saltines is a top tier breading. Pushing the tendies into the breading to flatten them is absolutely necessary. I made the honey mustard as well but I added some gochujang. do it

3 eggs in this economy (btw, i suggest doing buttermilk, making it at home is cheaper than 3 eggs. And you can have it cultured/grow and leave it in your freezer for repeated use)
