The two main ingredients are combined on a plate before being doused in a generous helping out thick coconut cream syrup. The flavor of the coconut really combines the dish into one of the most sought after Thai desserts in the world. Amazing dish, after watching this, me and my Thai mother went for it in our own kitchen, took about 30 mins from start to finish: ) while making this me and her had a discussion on that you were half Thai/american, or you married a Thai person(I myself is Thai/Iranian living in Denmark. Either way we are both big fans and love the way you fearlessly jump into Thai culture through the food, shows your respectful attitude, which Thai value highly I wish you the best, for you and your family

The best way to protect yourself from getting sick from street vendors is to drink yakult like drink everyday. it is sold in every 7-11. It contains a lot of probiotics to help fight any bacteria in foods (especially that of a foreign country) that your body is not used to. It is recommended to drink probiotics and/or eat yogurt daily before traveling abroad. When my buddy and I visited Thailand we did not get sick once in 3 weeks of travel.

Looks soooooo good Im trying to plan a trip to Malaysia and Thailand with my brother because your videos have tempted me too much. I got back from Cambodia and Vietnam 3 days ago and brought back some durian / coconut candy with me. It was my first time trying the durian that trip, although the fruit itself was a bit too overwhelming for me, the candy is delicious

Hi Mark Thanks to your video, I had an awesome experience in Thailand. I watch almost all your videos and I downloaded the e-book. It helps me to go around and recognize the most delicious Thai dishes. Thanks so muchI am hoping to go back to Thailand again soon, I haven't had the chance to try Boat Noodles and I wil definitely crave for Tom Yum.

oh please, Anthony is doing it for the show. He's not living in bangkok or have real interest nor passion like this guy has to offer. Don't get me wrong I like to watch Anthony too but Mark is much better. He experiences the street and food himself unlike Anthony who's probably have the crew researched it for him.
